From the history…

This extraordinary villa was built by the famous German architect Ernst Landisch in 1904. Ernst Landisch was a municipal engineer and architect and most probably also designed the building of the Municipal Theatre in Chomutov and supervised the construction of the Kamenička waterworks formerly known as the "Emperor Franz Josef Valley Dam" in 1899-1904. This waterworks can be found at the end of the Bezruč Valley, which is one of the longest (13 km), deepest and most beautiful valleys of the Ore Mountains.
