Restamo premises

The premises of Restamo Development, a.s. is located in a strategic location close to the centre of Chomutov with access to all necessary infrastructure connections. Thanks to the excellent location, we currently have 96% of the entire capacity of the complex occupied by long-term tenants. The area of the complex is a total of 5 hectares and has a production area of 18,000 m2. We currently offer for rent premises in a 4-storey building near the entrance to the complex from Pražská Street. The condition of the offered premises is prior to reconstruction, which will be carried out taking into account the requirements of future tenants and the planned use of the building.
